 The "Ectomorph" : Extremely thin.

          DOs:

  • Double-shaded jeans give the illusion of being fatter (on the shaded part).
  • Layering is the key to making yourself look bigger, during summers wear a white t-shirt with an open half sleeved shirt, and during winters, jackets or hoodies or maybe even a light weighted blazer.
  • Wearing a belt will break the body, making it look wider (DO NOT WEAR BELTS IF YOU ARE A SHORT PERSON)
  DON'Ts:
  • NEVER step out in baggy clothes, or really tight clothes, well fitted tailored suits and trousers go really well for you.
  • Wearing fat, or heavy shoes will make you look thinner as well as shorter, say goodbye to your big shoes !
FOR YOUR SUITS :  Pockets make you look bigger, Wider ties will help in giving you the desired frame, The shoulders should be padded that makes the shoulder look substantial. It will give the illusion of broader shoulders and a fuller chest and back.

The "Mesomorph": The athlete.

      DOS:
  • Even out your top and your bottom by wearing wide legged jeans.,
  • Wearing a belt will grow your waist, helping you look even.

  • Don't hide that body in baggy clothes.
  • Leave those tight fitted T-shirts for your gym or a workout.
